All documents requested below are required to progress your application. Your application may be declined if you do not supply the relevant supporting documentation.
Once your application is shortlisted we can arrange an in person viewing before your tenancy deposit is paid. You can also rent the property from the video alone and do not have to view in person.
If your application is successful you will be required to provide a guarantor who is a UK Resident in full time employment, or a UK homeowner. If you cannot supply a guarantor, then a double deposit may be required. If you are applying as a joint tenancy each occupant must fill out an application form.
Please note it may take 3-5 working days to process your application.
Photographic identification(i.e., driving licence or passport)
Proof of current residency(utility bill, valid ten-ancy agreement - no more than 3 months old)
Three month's bank statements
An 'Experian' or 'Clearscore' credit report
Please upload 3 months worth of payslips(If self-employed, a letter from your accountant)

If you decide not to proceed with the tenancy after your deposit is paid, this will result in the property being remarked at your cost of £200 + VAT
